The Work:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will hold a current Real Estate Registration / Licence. As an important member of our List, Lease, and Manage team your key focus is to drive the process of finding the greatest tenant possible.
Work as a part of a dedicated team to prepare, advertise and show properties to the widest pool of quality tenants available. Conduct careful tenant selection processes including professional and personal referencing, thorough ID checks, financial prudence, tenant history and of course apply your intuitive gut feel test.
