“We loved this home. Having 2 different courtyards is fantastic. The front one being north-facing, was often bathed in sunlight for most of the day and was a great spot for a coffee and to read a book. The back courtyard area was larger and more private and was great for entertaining when we had guests over. Both areas were low maintenance and can easily be decorated with some nice garden furniture and plants. Having a townhouse on the end of the complex with only one neighbour and a walkway on the other side meant things were generally peaceful and quiet. It was also great having a bit of park area out the front for the kids to run around and enjoy the outdoors or to have a chat with the friendly neighbours in the complex.
The location of the townhouse was also really convenient and it’s great for families. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars up the road in Gungahlin or a quick trip down to Franklin.
